Program Description

Everyday Strength offers fun and active birthday parties with a 2-hour party plus 30 minutes of setup included. Parties are for up to 10 kids, with an additional $10 per extra child.


A $99 non-refundable deposit is required one week before the party, and the remaining $299 is due at the time of the event.


Each party includes pizza, drinks, and table and chairs, along with a coach-led experience featuring a warmup, workout, skills practice, and games.
