Program Description
At Everyday Strength in Wenatchee, we combine functional fitness and personal training to help you move better, get stronger, and feel your best. Each class, led by Coach Sam Garvin, includes a warmup, strength work, and a scalable workout tailored to your goals and fitness level.
Parents are welcome to bring their kids! We’ve created a safe, supportive space where little ones can play while you train. You’ll get a great workout, set a healthy example, and be part of a community that lifts each other up.
